Why do we do what we do?

AHA MOMENTS HEALTH

 

It started with a question 

 

My path into health and wellness didn't begin with a business idea. It started around 2001 under a 45-pound bar I couldn't lift off my chest while my buddy spotted me. I struggled. I still laugh about that.

 

That moment sparked a curiosity that eventually led me into personal training, nutrition coaching, and creating health-focused programs and content.

Over time, I noticed something: people already knew what they were supposed to do. So the question became — why do we do what we do when we know better...but still don't do it?

 

That question stayed with me.

It pushed me to look beyond plans and routines and into the thinking shaping those decisions.

Aha Moments Health grew out of exploring that question. 

What Is an Aha Moment? 

 

Think back to a moment when something finally clicked, when you suddenly understood something in a way that changed how you saw it.

 

That moment of recognition is what I call an Aha Moment.

 

The goal isn’t to hand you answers.

It’s to create space for you to see things clearly for youself.
